At Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC), our Animal Rights Wing is committed to preventing animal cruelty, upholding animal protection laws, and advocating for a harmonious coexistence between humans and wildlife.

What We Do & Our Core Initiatives:

Action Against Animal Cruelty: We actively intervene against illegal trafficking, physical abuse, abandonment, and any form of violence toward domestic and stray animals.
Legal Advocacy & Enforcement: We ensure strict implementation of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and environmental protection laws, bringing offenders to justice through legal channels.
Rescue, Relief & Rehabilitation: HRJC works alongside local authorities and animal welfare networks to rescue injured or distressed animals and provide them with necessary medical treatment and care.
Public Awareness & Sensitization: We conduct awareness programs in schools and communities to foster empathy, discourage animal abuse, and promote peaceful coexistence with street animals.
Symbol of Strength & Protection: The majestic lion in our emblem signifies courage, protection of nature, and the fearless strength required to stand up for voiceless creatures.

सभी जीवों के प्रति दया और करुणा का भाव ही एक सभ्य समाज की असली पहचान है। जानवर भी इस धरती का हिस्सा हैं, और उनकी सुरक्षा, सम्मान तथा क्रूरता से मुक्ति सुनिश्चित करना हमारी नैतिक और पर्यावरणीय जिम्मेदारी है।

ह्यूमन राइट्स जस्टिस काउंसिल (HRJC) का पशु अधिकार विंग (Animal Rights Wing) जानवरों पर होने वाले अत्याचार को रोकने, पशु कल्याण कानूनों को लागू कराने और इंसान व प्रकृति के बीच संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।

हमारे मुख्य कार्य एवं उद्देश्य:

पशु क्रूरता के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई: हम आवारा व पालतू पशुओं पर होने वाले अत्याचार, अवैध तस्करी, शोषण और हिंसा के खिलाफ तुरंत कानूनी कदम उठाते हैं।
कानूनी सुरक्षा और परामर्श: हम 'पशु क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम' (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act) और पर्यावरण सुरक्षा कानूनों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित कराते हैं ताकि दोषियों को कानूनी सजा मिल सके।
रेस्क्यू और पुनर्वास (Rescue & Relief): घायल, बीमार और संकट में फंसे पशुओं को रेस्क्यू करके उन्हें उचित चिकित्सा देखभाल और आश्रय दिलाने का कार्य करते हैं।
जन जागरूकता अभियान: हम समाज में दयालुता की भावना जगाने, आवारा पशुओं की सुरक्षा और उनके साथ सामंजस्य बनाकर रहने के लिए अभियानों का संचालन करते हैं।
शक्ति और सुरक्षा का प्रतीक: हमारे प्रतीक चिन्ह में बना गर्वीला शेर (Lion) साहस, प्रकृति के संरक्षण और बेज़ुबानों के अधिकारों के लिए निडर होकर खड़े होने की शक्ति का प्रतीक है।

जानवरों की रक्षा करना वास्तव में प्रकृति की रक्षा करना है। आइए, HRJC के साथ मिलकर एक ऐसा समाज बनाएं जहाँ हर जीव सुरक्षित और भयमुक्त जीवन जी सके।
