At Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC), our Anti-Corruption Wing operates with zero tolerance against corrupt practices, working relentlessly to expose malpractice, protect whistleblowers, and enforce anti-corruption laws.

What We Do & Our Core Objectives:

  • Exposing Malpractice & Bribery: We actively gather evidence, investigate grievances related to public service delays or demands for bribes, and report corrupt officials to anti-corruption enforcement agencies.
  • Legal Support & Whistleblower Protection: HRJC provides legal guidance to victims of extortion and corruption while advocating for the safety and protection of citizens who courageously report corrupt practices.
  • Enforcement of Anti-Corruption Laws: We ensure strict compliance with statutory protections under the Prevention of Corruption Act, encouraging citizens to use legal mechanisms to challenge administrative malpractices.
  • Public Vigilance & Integrity Campaigns: We conduct anti-corruption awareness drives in communities to instill a culture of ethical governance and encourage public participation in vigilance.
  • Symbol of Freedom & Justice: The broken handcuffs held by raised fists in our emblem signify breaking the shackles of corruption, liberation from extortion, legal strength, and the triumph of integrity.

भ्रष्टाचार सामाजिक न्याय, आर्थिक विकास और सुशासन के मार्ग में सबसे बड़ी बाधा है। यह न केवल आम जनता के भरोसे को तोड़ता है, बल्कि जरूरतमंद नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकारों को भी छीन लेता है। एक स्वच्छ, पारदर्शी और भ्रष्टाचार-मुक्त समाज का निर्माण ही सच्चे लोकतंत्र और मानवाधिकारों की नींव है।

ह्यूमन राइट्स जस्टिस काउंसिल (HRJC) का भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी विंग (Anti-Corruption Wing) भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ 'जीरो टॉलरेंस' (Zero Tolerance) की नीति के साथ काम करता है, ताकि रिश्वतखोरी, धांधली और प्रशासनिक अनियमितताओं पर लगाम लगाई जा सके।

हमारे मुख्य कार्य एवं उद्देश्य:

  • रिश्वतखोरी और अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ कार्रवाई: हम सरकारी या सार्वजनिक विभागों में होने वाली रिश्वतखोरी, काम लटकाने की नीयत और धांधली के खिलाफ शिकायतें दर्ज कराने तथा संबंधित जांच एजेंसियों (ACB/Vigilance) के सहयोग से कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित कराने में मदद करते हैं।
  • कानूनी सहायता एवं शिकायतकर्ताओं की सुरक्षा: हम रिश्वत और शोषण के शिकार पीड़ितों को मुफ्त कानूनी सलाह देते हैं और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने वाले सजग नागरिकों (Whistleblowers) को कानूनी संरक्षण प्रदान करते हैं।
  • भ्रष्टाचार निवारण कानूनों का प्रवर्तन: हम 'भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम' (Prevention of Corruption Act) के सख्त क्रियान्वयन के लिए प्रयासरत हैं ताकि दोषी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को कानून के तहत सजा दिलाई जा सके।
  • जन-जागरूकता एवं सतर्कता अभियान: HRJC समाज में ईमानदारी और नैतिक मूल्यों का प्रचार-प्रसार करने तथा नागरिकों को "न रिश्वत देंगे, न रिश्वत लेंगे" का संकल्प दिलाने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान चलाता है।
  • मुक्ति और न्याय का प्रतीक: हमारे प्रतीक चिह्न में बेड़ियों और हथकड़ियों को तोड़ती हुई मुट्ठियां (Broken Handcuffs)—भ्रष्टाचार और शोषण के जाल को तोड़ने, प्रशासनिक आजादी, सत्य और अखंडता की जीत का संदेश देती हैं।
