Fostering positive behavioral relations between both is essential to ensure justice, protection of rights, and public safety.

At Human Rights Justice Council (HRJC), our Police-Citizen Relations Wing is dedicated to bridging the communication gap, promoting mutual respect, and encouraging friendly coordination between police personnel and the general public.

What We Do & Our Core Objectives:

• Promoting Friendly & Cooperative Relations: We work toward establishing a transparent and approachable environment where citizens feel safe approaching law enforcement without fear or hesitation.
• Legal Rights & Civic Responsibilities Awareness: HRJC educates common citizens about their legal rights during police interactions as well as their fundamental civic duties to support law enforcement in maintaining peace.
• Sensitization & Harmony Workshops: We organize joint seminars, community policing awareness drives, and dialogue forums to build empathy, trust, and smooth communication between officers and local residents.
• Mediation & Grievance Guidance: We assist citizens in understanding administrative procedures and legal channels to address grievances amicably and within the framework of the law.
• Symbol of Partnership & Respect: The handshake between a police officer and a citizen in our emblem represents trust, mutual dignity, strong collaboration, and a shared commitment to a safer society.
